Documents required when you schedule your appointment:
- Color Copy of your Driver’s License
- Social Security Card legible
- Last two years W2 coupons from Employer
- Last two years complete tax returns all schedules (If you are self-employed and have a corporation please include last two years corporate returns all schedules)
- 2 Current pay check statements
- 1 Month bank statements or where the money for the down payment is coming from.
